Socialtel Jaco Hotel

Travelled with my pet, spent 1 night here and had a good stay. The staff was genuinely professional and competent, always on hand when needed. The breakfast had a lot of options, granola and fruit.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very very nice area, just next door to the highly rated restaurants in the area, the local grocery store, and places to eat. In general the room was beautifully decorated and large with a/c, and I really enjoyed it.

The room itself was impressive and spacious with shared bathroom and shower and bath as advertised.

Came here for 3 night stay, had a DECENT experience. The staff were all supper friendly and incredibly nice. In overall the room was big and with a/c. The breakfast offered variety of nice meals.

Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I had an amazing time here! The surf class was life-changing and the beachfront vibe was perfect for relaxation. The vibrant décor added to the fun atmosphere.

I loved the convenience of being just a short walk from Jaco Beach and the nearby Parque Recreativo Johannes Dankers, made my weekend walks so enjoyable as I explored local landmarks and nature.

We enjoyed the billiards and took part in morning yoga. Don't miss out on visiting Marina Los Sueños and Rainforest Adventures Costa Rica Pacific Park if you're looking for activities. The nightlife here is vibrant, and the location is perfect with easy access to shopping and dining.

We did have an issue with an alarm from a nearby business going off all night . It was quite disruptive.

Amazing surf location!

The beach-front location was excellent for quick access to the sea, and the ability to rent a surfboard on-site made it easy to enjoy a couple of hours of surfing. The staff was accommodating, and the amenities like the business center were useful for my work needs.

Shared bathroom facilities were adequate but could be improved.

The Standard Room was decent but nothing extraordinary. Some issues with cleanliness were noticeable. The bed was okay, but it felt a bit cramped and the shared bathroom could definitely use some upgrades. On the plus side, I liked that it was super close to the beach, and the staff were helpful. It had its ups and downs.

Great location on Jaco beach. Had the best time meeting people by the pool and enjoying the sunset. The surf instructors were super helpful, especially Matias who made sure I was ready for each wave.

It was pricey, but still acceptable.

I loved the vibrant decor and the cute garden. The accessibility to the pool area and proximity to the beach. The staff were always ready to help.

Loud music disrupted the peaceful atmosphere at night.
